Born and raised in South Carolina and Florida, I moved to Chicago in 2022 to work in the restaurant industry here, starting at Next Restaurant by the Alinea Group. I have dedicated myself to honing my craft with a specific focus on simple, product driven food. I am extremely passionate about sourcing and having a closer relationship with the entire process of the food production from seed to table. I pride myself on providing the highest level of service and execution within the parameters given to me by each and every client, catering specifically and directly to their wants and needs.
